PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a charge for execution of service and suitably respond to abnormality in that preliminary estimation cannot be ensured.

SOLUTION: A user of a multifunction machine can register an abnormality processing instruction describing an abnormality processing method for abnormality that an estimated charge preliminarily presented in execution of a job cannot be ensured, to the multifunction machine. When abnormality that the charge exceeds the estimated amount actually occurs, the multifunction machine reads the corresponding abnormality instruction and executes abnormality responding processing according to the description content thereof, whereby the job can be continued as intended by the user without annoying the user.
