PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a biting property of a resin material into an extruder smooth and give good discharge stability by stably and continuously supplying the resin material to a screw of the extruder when melting and extruding the resin material having a maximum size in a specific range in the extruder using the screw having a heating area and formed in a specific shape. SOLUTION: The method for melting and extruding the resin material comprises using an extruder in which a screw shape is specified, when heating, melting and extruding the resin material, having three or more sides, in which maximum size L binding optional two points in each side is 5.5-6.5 mm.
