PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oral administration form comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of valsartan or a pharmaceutically permissible salt or solvate thereof. SOLUTION: The oral solid pharmaceutical composition contains valsartan or a pharmaceutically permissible salt or hydrate thereof as an activator and a disintegrating agent, wherein the weight ratio of the activator to a disintegrator is 2.9:1 to 1:1, and 20 mg unit dosage of the activator is contained.
