PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irreversible circuit element that is reduced in size as a whole without deteriorating its characteristics. SOLUTION: The irreversible circuit element includes a magnetic rotor 2, and the magnetic rotor 2 includes a soft magnetic base 4, a center electrode 3, and glass insulating layers 61, 62 and 63. The center electrode 3 includes three center conductors, the glass insulating layer 63 is superposed on the uppermost center conductor, and the other glass insulating layers 61 and 62 are interposed between the center conductors.
