<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module wherein increase in the area of the solar cell panel is controlled by reducing an invalid part not contributing to power generation. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises a solar cell panel 10 where a connecting lead 15 for outputting a current generated by an end edge between the transparent substrates 12, 13 is extended, a terminal box 30 mounted to the area near the end edge of the solar cell panel 10 and including a connecting part for connecting the connecting lead 15 and a power line 16 for outputting current to the external side, and an external frame 20 engaged with the external circumference of the solar cell panel 10. An engaging part 22c in the side of terminal box of the external frame 20 is constituted with an extending part 22c provided at the upper part of the spacer 40 mounted to the frame 20b and the upper part of the frame 20b.
