PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with foaming at a coil end and prevent parting lines from being occured in the coil-sealed molding to prevent cracks. SOLUTION: A magnetic powder is injected into a mold to mold a powder molding 5 after coil fixing pins 2a, 2b for supporting each coil end on both sides of the coil 1 are protruded on the surface of the mold. Each of conductor pins 6a, 6b is inserted and fixed in holes after the coil fixing pins 2a, 2b are removed from the powder molding 5 when removing the mold after the molding is hardened. Each of conductor pin ends 7a, 7b exposed on the external surface of the powder molding 5 is used as the lead terminal of the coil 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
