PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiviral artificial cell capable of surely carrying out detoxication of a virus and controlling detoxication of the virus from the outside. SOLUTION: The antiviral artificial cell 10 has an artificial cell skeleton 11, an artificial cell membrane 12 for covering the artificial cell skeleton 11 and nano particles 13, rotatably retained by the artificial cell film 12, in which physical modification for catching a virus 15 is applied to the surface. The virus 15 caught in the nano particles 13 is introduced into the artificial cell skeleton 11 by rotating the nano particles 13 with physical excitation from the outside and the virus introduced into the artificial cell skeleton 11 is detoxified by carrying out remote heating of the artificial cell skeleton 11.
