CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE WEB BOX GIRDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a high quality corrugated steel plate web box girder in a short construction period by reducing weight and facilitating the structure of a mold frame moving cart in use when constructing the corrugated steel plate web box girder. SOLUTION: A precast concrete end frame 30 is installed at the corrugated steel plate web end of a head block n in such a state that a corrugated steel plate web 10 of the head block n is projected from an existing portion n-1 and a lower floor slab 11 is formed between bottoms thereof. Mold frames 20, 21 for molding the upper floor slab are secured between the end frame 30 and the end of the existing portion n-1. After necessary reinforcements are applied thereto, upper floor slab concrete is placed. After the concrete is hardened, a continuous PC tension material is tensely fixed to the existing portion n-1 while being supported to the end frame 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
