<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to appropriately control an oxidizer gas flow rate so as not to cause shortage of the oxidizer gas flow rate even at the occurrence of a failure with the oxidizer gas flow rate measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: Abnormality/normality diagnosis of an air flow meter which is the oxidizer gas flow rate measuring device is carried out, and when the air flow meter is normal, by using a parameter for control after feedback correction in which the parameter for basic control is corrected by feedback of a measured value of the air flow meter, action of an air compressor is controlled, and when the air flow meter is abnormal, the action of the air compressor is controlled by using the parameter for control after coefficient correction in which the parameter for the basic control is increased and corrected in amount by using a correction coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
