<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element by which image unevenness is improved, productivity is successful, resources are saved and costs are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent multilayer film 15a constituted by sequentially stacking a first transparent film 11 having a first refractive index, a second transparent film 12 having a second refractive index smaller than the first refractive index and a conductive transparent electrode 13 having a third refractive index larger than the second refractive index is formed on the surface A on the side of a liquid crystal 20 of a glass substrate 10 and thickness of the transparent electrode 13 is considered to be within a range of 10-25nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
