<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misdetection by distinguishing a signal for indicating the occurrence of intrusion, based on phenomenon that is not related to a theft from a signal generated, when illegal intrusion occurs. <P>SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle intrusion detection device for detecting an invasion into a vehicle, by analyzing reflected waves obtained by the reflection of transmission waves sent into the vehicle by an object in the vehicle, when a state where the maximum output in a single period of the reflection waves is equal to or more than a prescribed level does not continue for first prescribed time continuously, the state is no recognized as an intrusion.
