PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor in which a torque limiter operates with no wear, and precision of operation torque is sustained over a long period, and also to provide a door opening/closing device and a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A clutch means 5 is arranged to have engagement through a clutch operating means 6 utilizing magnetic attraction of a ring-like magnet 11b and an iron ring 16. When operation of an opening/closing plate 81 is blocked, the planetary gear supporting gear 34 of a planetary gear mechanism 22 is locked, but rotation drive force of a DC motor 10 is released through a clutch operation mechanism 6. Consequently, the position of the opening/closing plate 81 is kept by sustaining conduction of the DC motor 10 without applying a large load to each gear constituting a reduction wheel train 2, after the opening/closing plate 81 is moved to a close position.
