<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor in which the deformation resisting performance and fracture resisting performance of tubular materials used as gas inflow-outflow can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The reactor is equipped with: a heat insulation package 200; a high temperature reaction part 4 stored in the heat insulation package 200 and causing the reaction of a reactant; a low temperature reaction part 6 causing the reaction of a reactant at a temperature lower than that in the high temperature reaction part 4; a connection part 8 constructed between the high temperature reaction part 4 and the low temperature reaction part 6 and feeding the reactants and products between the high temperature reaction part 4 and the low temperature reaction part 6; and a plurality of tubular materials 15, 17, 19, 21, 23 connected to the low temperature reaction part 6, further provided so as to pass through the heat insulation package 200, and performing the feed of the reactants to the high temperature reaction part 4 or the low temperature reaction part 6 or performing the exhaust of the products from the high temperature reaction part 4 or the low temperature reaction part 6.
