<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of establishing even frames excepting a super-frame head in a super-frame synchronism, and to provide a method for synchronizing the frames. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system is composed of a control station, a base station with at least one control station and a mobile station.
