PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical agent for oral administration comprising active ingredient belonging to the family of substituted benzhydrylpiperazines and at least one kind of cyclodextrin.

SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains a mixture comprising an active substance belonging to the family of substituted benzhydrylpiperazines, an optically active isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically permissible salt thereof, and at least one kind of cyclodextrin, wherein the mixture contains no inclusion complex.
