PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner with an outdoor unit having a reduced size adaptable for transportation, installation space and recycling efficiency. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a refrigerating cycle consisting of an indoor unit having an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan and the outdoor unit connected thereto and having compressors 1, a four-way valve 4, an outdoor heat exchanger 2 and a outdoor fan. The air-conditioner has the plurality of compressors 1 and the outdoor heat exchanger 2 of a fin tube type having a heat exchanger tube whose outer diameter is 7.9mm or smaller.
