PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate expansion of a common potential terminal for an input/ output terminal table of an electric appliance having common potential terminal. SOLUTION: A transversely long conductive plate 8 whereon plurality of terminal screws 7 are laid in line and which is equipped with a splicing fitting 10 integrally is accommodated in a frame 9 made of an insulating material so that a common potential terminal table 6 is formed, and this table 6 is fixed to a terminal table 2 of an appliance 1 by fastening the splicing fitting 10 to a common potential terminal 4' of the terminal table 2 using terminal screw 3. Because the common potential terminal table 6 is fixed to and supported by the terminal table 2, there is no need to provide any space for expansion on a control board, and further this does not require any wiring operations because electric connection to the common potential terminal 4' is generated through the splicing fitting 10.
