PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply grind a part of a pipe periphery among an outer peripheral surface of a pipe. SOLUTION: A tool used for grinding an outer peripheral surface of the pipe B is equipped with an endless belt 25 having a belt outer peripheral surface 24 capable of grinding the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, a support 26 for rotatably supporting the endless belt, and a driving mechanism 27 capable of driving and rotating the belt. A pair of rollers 31, on which the inner periphery of the endless belt is wound around, are provided so as to be adjacent in the belt rotating direction, and a push-to-operate part 57 is provided so as to push the outer peripheral surface of the belt against the outer peripheral surface of the pipe between the pair of rollers.
