PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring device capable of dispensing with preliminary winding for giving winding extra force and a stopper and obtaining stable torque. SOLUTION: This spring device is constituted in such a way that it is provided with a winding spring, a shaft part, and a case incorporating a spiral spring, winding and tightening force is given to the spiral spring, a shaft part having larger outside diameter than inside diameter of winding and tightening in a free condition is inserted and fixed in an inner side end part of the spiral spring, and an outer side end part of the spiral spring is fixed to the case. If outside diameter of the shaft part on an inner side is smaller than inside diameter of winding and tightening in a free condition, it is slowly wound and tightened when winding and tightening end.
