PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically foldable extensible frost protection fan apparatus free from obstacle to the use of a tea field management apparatus and solving the effectivity problems of conventional extensible (low place) frost protection fan sufficiently enable the use of wide-spreading tea field management apparatuses such as tea-plucking machine and pest controlling machine from the mechanization and laborsaving point of view. SOLUTION: The automatically foldable extensible frost protection fan apparatus is provided with lifting/lowering wires engaged with the first extensible post and extended opposite to each other with a plurality of pulleys. In the case of winding the lifting wire, the lowering wire is unwound to lift the first and the second posts.
