PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple system which permits or rejects a telephone call or communication between a communication source and a communication destination when the telephone call or communication is performed. SOLUTION: An image is transmitted from communication equipment 1 in the communication source to a processing center 20 and the image is transmitted to communication equipment 30 in the communication destination through the processing center. The communication equipment in the communication destination contrasts the image from the communication source with images that the equipment itself holds, and only when a matching image is found, communication lines of the both are connected to each other to allow a telephone call or communication, but when not, the communication lines are not connected to each other.
