摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al alloy reflective coating which can reduces recording marks for increasing the recording density of an optical information recording medium, and has high reflectivity and a smooth surface, and in which the growth of crystal grains in accordance with the change of temperature is reduced, and also, the change of the reflectivity is reduced, to provide an optical information recording medium provided with the Al alloy reflective coating, and to provide a sputtering target for forming the Al alloy reflective coating. <P>SOLUTION: The Al alloy reflective coating used for an optical information recording medium comprises Cr, Fe and Ti by 1.0 to 4.0 at%, respectively, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities.
