<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device which is capable of relaxing disclination while securing an aperture ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixels 57 provided corresponding to intersections between the scan lines and the data lines. Pixels 57 have four kinds of color filters 74R, 74G, 74B, and 74C of red, green, blue, and cyan which are provided corresponding to respective pixels 57 and are different by color. When color filters 74C of cyan are taken as first color filters and color filters 74G and 74B of green and blue are taken as second and third color filters respectively, color filters 74C of cyan as the first color filters assumes a middle color between colors of color filters 74G and 74B of green and blue as second and third color filters.
