A cover part (26) covers an outer peripheral part of the lever body, and has a vehicle switch that is placed in the cover part and is provided for activating an electrical on-board device. An opener switch (34) for operating a fuel lid opener device and an opener switch (35) for operating a luggage door opener device are provided relative to the cover part and are constituted by a membrane switch.
