<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing beverage to be subjected to sterilization without spoiling natural flavor. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the beverage packed in a hermetic container using fruits comprises a squeezing process for obtaining fruit juice through squeezing fruits, a sterilization process for sterilizing fruit juice raw material liquid, and a filling process of filling the fruit juice raw material liquid sterilized in the sterilization process, in a hermetic container under a sterilized environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
