PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element capable of emitting high-luminance light with a low driving voltage. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element including at least one light emission layer between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode opposed to each other. The light emission layer contains a metal complex having a ligand capable of tridentate or more coordination as a light emitting element, and has an organic substance layer doped with electron donating metal on an interface of the cathode which faces the light emitting layer.
