PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device for a vehicle capable of reducing an assembling man-hour and the number of parts compared to a conventional one. SOLUTION: A housing device for a vehicle is equipped with a fixing member 20 having a storage part 21, a movable member 30 capable of moving at an opening position and a closing position with respect to the fixing member 30, and an elastic member 40 which is supported at the movable member 30 side of the fixing member 20 and the movable member 30, and contacts to the whole periphery of the opening peripheral edge of a storage part 21 of the fixing member 20 when the movable member 30 is in a closing position, The movable member 30 has an engaging hole 35 at the contacting part with the elastic member 40. The elastic member 40 has a projection 42 for assembling for inserting the engaging hole 35. A swelling part 42a having a larger diameter than the diameter of the engaging hole 35 is formed at a part contacting with the engaging hole 35 of the projection 42 for assembling.
