PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade unit capable of easily and accurately changing a cutting width when changing the cutting width of a film material and cutting the film material into various cutting width by one slitting device, and a slitting device. SOLUTION: The slitting unit is equipped with at least one upper blade continuously installed body 31 and a plurality of lower blade continuously installed bodies 32 having a different assembling distance of a lower blade 321.
