<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for vibration welding, forming burr having good shape at the weld part, having sufficient impact resistance and good surface gloss and giving weld part having excellent appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition for vibration welding is composed of (A) 15-60 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer having an acetone-insoluble content of 75-98 wt.% and reduced viscosity of an acetone soluble part of 0.15-0.55 dL/g and produced by the radical polymerization of (d) 25-80 pts.wt. of one or more monomers selected from aromatic vinyl compounds, vinyl cyanide and alkyl (meth)acrylates in the presence of 100 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer (a+b+c) containing (a) 1-10 pts.wt. of a polyorganosiloxane, (b) 99-90 pts.wt. of an alkyl (meth)acrylate (a+b is 100 pts.wt.) and (c) 0.1-1.0 pt.wt. of a polyfunctional alkyl (meth)acrylate and (B) 40-85 pts.wt. of a copolymer produced by polymerizing one or more kinds of the above monomers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
