PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette cleaning member for solving a problem wherein waste liquid after cleaning drops without being discharged from a cleaning fluid suction passage, because air flowing from a gap between a pipette and a pipette through hole can be sucked and discharged through an atmospheric air suction passage in cleaning the pipette even when the gap is large. SOLUTION: The pipette cleaning member 27 comprises the through hole that can movably receive the pipette 1 and has an inlet, a through passage, and an outlet, a cleaning fluid supply passage for supplying the cleaning fluid to the through passage via a first opening disposed near the outlet of the through hole, a cleaning fluid suction passage that is connected with the through passage via a second opening disposed on the inlet side of the first opening and sucks and discharges the cleaning fluid supplied from the cleaning fluid supply passage to the through passage via the first opening, and the atmospheric air suction passage that is connected with the through passage via a third opening disposed on the inlet side of the second opening and sucks and discharges the atmospheric air flowing from the inlet.
