PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate for producing a perfluoro vinyl ether useful as a curesite monomer in a perfluoro elastomer. SOLUTION: A pentafluorophenoxy-substituted perfluoroether containing an acyl fluoride is produced by reacting a pentafluoro phenoxide and a hexafluoro propylene oxide under a specified reaction condition.
