PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interposer which can be easily configured by a small number of parts. SOLUTION: The interposer includes a substrate sheet 11 wherein a through hole 11a is formed and a spiral contact 20A formed on one surface of the substrate sheet 11. The spiral contact 20A includes a base 21 fixed on the substrate sheet 11, an elastic arm 22 which extends in the separation direction from the base 21 and can be elastically deformed, and a projection 24a which is projected from a part of the elastic arm 22 toward the through hole 11a and is arranged opposite to the through hole 11a.
