PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of suppressing the downward inclination of the part projected from a support tray of a disk when the disk is held by the support tray. SOLUTION: When assuming a virtual straight line L1 connecting a support action part to the disk by a front holding member 22 and a support action part to the disk by a front holding member 23 when the disk D is held by all the holding members 22, 23 and 24 on the lower surface of the support tray 21, the center of the disk D supported by the support tray 21 is positioned more on the back side than the virtual straight line L1. Thus, the downward inclination of the part positioned on the side of an insertion port 11 of the disk D is suppressed. Thus, the disk D is stably supported by the support tray 21.
