PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an attachment for protecting electronic equipment of low impact resistance such as a hard disk device, to make it light in weight and to make it easily attachable and detachable. SOLUTION: A frame body to be suited to the case H of the electronic device and upper and lower inner flanges 12 and 13 to be formed on the frame body 11 are integrally molded from an elastic material, and many projection parts 14 to be elastically abutted on the surface of the case H are formed on the inner surface of the frame body 11. Also, upward continuous ribs 15 are formed on the upper surface of the frame body 11, downward continuous ribs are formed on the lower surface of the frame body 11, and a pair of upper and lower horizontal ribs 17 are formed outwardly at the respective corner parts of the frame body 11.
