PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptic device capable of preventing display quality from becoming worse by suppressing moire fringes. SOLUTION: The electrooptic device is equipped with an element substrate 60 having pluralities of scanning lines 12 and data lines 21 and 22, a circuit element group 58 including a plurality of pixel transistors provided according to intersections of the plurality of scanning lines 12 and the pluralities of data lines 21 and 22, and a plurality of pixel electrodes 56 1 provided according to the circuit element group 58.
