<p>An apparatus and method for manufacturing an insulation board with noninflammables are disclosed. With a method of manufacturing a sandwich panel filler containing a noninfiammable material, which includes: (al) feeding a sandwich panel filler, (a2) forming a plurality of injection holes on a surface of the filler, (a3) injecting a noninfiammable material into the filler, (a4) squeezing the filler to separate a portion of the noninfiammable material present on the surface of the filler from the filler, (a5) housing the filler in a vacuum chamber to separate a portion of the noninfiammable material contained within the filler from the filler, (a6) scratching or pressing the surface of the filler to remove the noninfiammable material remaining on the surface of the filler, (a7) drying the filler, and (a8) polishing the surface of the filler to remove foreign substances remaining on the surface of the filler, the noninfiammable material can be permeated deep into the inner fabric of the sandwich panel filler with only a simple process of spraying the noninfiammable material, to increase the overall flame resistance of the filler, thereby inhibiting combustion and the spreading of flames in the event of a fire, and reducing the risk of casualties due to the emission of toxic gases.</p> |
