<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rise of the oil temperature transferred to a traveling power transmission in a vehicle in which an actuator for driving a cargo handling member and driving wheels by the power from the same engine. <P>SOLUTION: A forklift prohibits the turn of a fork by driving a solenoid valve 74 if the speed of an engine 30 reaches a predetermined value or exceeds it when an inching pedal 22 is not stepped in completely, and the shift position of a shift lever 20 is at the forward position or the reverse position.
