<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for performing design change of a peripheral part by rotating a pixel part by a predetermined angle with layout as it is when angle of field property is changed. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a scanning line 2 and a data line 3 are connected to relay wiring 7, 11 and 13, 17 respectively and an intermediate part of the relay wiring is connected to drawing wire 8, 12 and 14, 18. Then, a display pixel area 50 including the scanning line 2, the data line 3, the pixel electrode 5, a thin film transistor 5 and an auxiliary capacity line 6 is arranged by rotating it in the counterclockwise direction by 180°at the state that the peripheral parts (relay wiring 7, 11, 13, 17, drawing wire 8, 12, 14, 18) are with the layout as it is. Then, both ends of the scanning line 2 are connected to upper ends of the relay wiring 7, 11, both ends of the data line 3 are connected to right ends of the relay wiring 13, 17 and it is not necessary to perform the design change of the peripheral parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
