PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for forming a heat-resistant flexible layer having high reliability in heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and to provide a cured product such as a flexible sheet made by using the same. SOLUTION: The coating liquid for forming a heat-resistant flexible layer comprises a hydrolyzate and a polycondensate of a compound expressed by the formula: M<SP>l+</SP>(OR<SP>1</SP>)<SB>m</SB>R<SP>2</SP><SB>l-m</SB>(wherein, M is one metal element selected from a group consisting of Si, Al, Zr and Ti; l is the valence of M; R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-5C hydrocarbon group, an alkoxy alkyl group, or an acyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is an organic group containing at least one group selected from a group consisting of vinyl, amino, imino, epoxy, acryloyloxy, methacryloyloxy, phenyl, mercapto and alkyl group; m is a number of OR<SP>1</SP>group; and l and m are both integers), and a polysiloxane compound having functional terminals.
