PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a driving plan for arriving at a set destination, at the time the cumulative driving distance becomes a predetermined distance. SOLUTION: A driving plan creating part 106b creates the driving plan of own vehicle, based on the cumulative driving distance of own vehicle that is detected by a driving distance sensor 101, and an arrival driving distance at the arriving at the destination which is set by the user's operating an input device 103.
