PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating circuit, and an air conditioning device for a vehicle using the refrigerating circuit, capable of improving coefficient of performance and securing durability of a compressor, though a CO<SB>2</SB>refrigerant is used. SOLUTION: This refrigerating circuit 2 has a circulation flow channel 6 for circulating the CO<SB>2</SB>refrigerant, and a condensation unit 16 is inserted to the circulation flow channel 6. The condensation unit 16 comprises a radiator 24 inserted to a unit internal flow channel 22, a first expander 26 and a heat exchanger 28. The condensation unit 16 comprises a bypass flow channel 32 branched from a downstream area with respect to the heat exchanger 28 of the unit internal flow channel 22 and extending to the compressor 14 through the heat exchanger 28, and a second expander 34 inserted into the bypass flow channel 32 at the upstream with respect to the heat exchanger 28, expanding the divided flow of the CO<SB>2</SB>refrigerant, and delivering the same to the heat exchanger 28 as a cooling medium.
