PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the number of colon bacillus groups, the amount of residual chlorine or the like by finely adjusting the injection amount of a disinfectant while suppressing the facilities cost of the whole system to become low. SOLUTION: While each process data acquired by the measurement operation of sewage disposal facilities 2 are supplied to a service center apparatus 4 through a channel of the sewage disposal facilities 2→pump site control apparatus 3→communication line 5→service center apparatus 4, and after a plurality of set values of a disinfectant injection amount are computed, a plurality of sets of the disinfectant injection amount are supplied to the pump site control apparatus 3 through the channel of service center apparatus 4→communication line 5→pump site control apparatus 3 to be displayed, one set of the disinfectant injection amount is selected to an operator and the disinfectant is injected into a part of water to be treated pumped out from the pump site 8 of the sewage disposal facilities 2 at a designated injection rate to be discharged to a river 13.
