PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine capable of performing a dip exercise and a pull-down exercise (chinning exercise). SOLUTION: The training machine is provided with: a pair of first arm members 32 and 34 mounted on an apparatus body 4; first holding parts 40 and 42 provided on the first arm members; a pair of second arm members 44 and 46 extended upwards from the middle part of the first arm members 32 and 34; second holding parts 48 and 50 provided on the second arm members; a load imparting means 74 for imparting loads to the first and second arm members; and a load transmission means 80 for transmitting the loads from the load imparting means 74 to the first and second arm members. The dip exercise is performed by holding and pushing down the first holding parts 40 and 42 and turning the first arm members 32 and 34, and the pull-down exercise is performed by holding and pulling down the second holding parts 48 and 50 and turning the second arm members 44 and 46.
