PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine where maintenance of a treatment agent is performed easily even when the treatment agent such as a bactericide is provided at a circulation path. SOLUTION: A lint filter 47 provided with a bactericide case is arranged at a position higher than a drain valve 44 in the washing machine 1. When washing water in a water tank 18 is drained through the drain valve 44, a condition where the washing water does not reach the bactericide case of the lint filter 47 is formed. When the lint filter 47 is removed from the circulation path 43, the bactericide case provided at the lint filter 47 is also removed from the circulation path 43. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
