The roof gutter (1) cleaner has a cleaning slide movable along the gutter and attached to manual or motorised drive cords to be driven along the gutter to accumulate waste. The waste is pushed by the slide into the downpipe of the guttering and the slide is then retracted. The slide can be apertured to be placed over the downpipe when not in use, but allows water to flow into the downpipe.
