The fixed mounting (1) for the suspension of a functional component, e.g. the exhaust pipe to a vehicle chassis, is produced by preparing the metal frame (10) and the metal or hard rubber bush from components with shape stability and the spring assembly (20) of an elastomer material with at least two spring arms (20-24). The bush is fitted in the frame parallel to the main direction (Z) of the center line (M) of the frame and offset in a second main direction (X). The spring assembly is vulcanized for a pressure in the spring arms through elastomer after shrinkage.
