A converter of kinetic energy of flow to electric power has jet multivibrator, differential electric capacitor, two auxiliary power sources, rectifier bridge and electric load. Outputs of the jet multivibrator are connected to cavities of the differential capacitor, its side plates are connected to alternating current ports of rectifier bridge, and movable plate is fixed on elastic suspension that enables it to perform vibrations with respect to the side plates and connected to same poles of auxiliary power sources, the other poles of those are connected to outputs of rectifier bridge to which electric load is connected.
