The invention relates to wine-making and can be used in the production of red wines and low alcohol beverages , and also in reprocessing wine -making waste. A wine-making apparatus consists of disposed vertically cylindrical tank with conical bottom, loading and unloading fittings and vertical partition, disposed in the upper part of tank with formation of two chambers, one of which is made hermetic and is equipped with automatic valve for gases discharge. In the chambers plates are fixed downward. For extension of functionality of apparatus and the field of use thereof, increasing reliability of mixing and unloading pulp the second charmer is made opened, in the upper part thereof perforated seeds collector is disposed, in the apex of conical bottom a branch pipe is fixed, to the bottom part of which unloading nipple is disposed, and to the lateral part of which from outside the pipe is fixed, derived to seeds collector. In the lower part of pipe a nipple for pressed air is disposed. The apparatus is equipped with sensors of level signaling device, which controls operation of the gases discharge valve, and compressor, which pressure line is connected to the nipple for pressed air, and intake pipe is connected to the upper part of hermetic chamber.
