The method for treating the idiopathic varicose of the veins in the spermatic cord comprises the insertion of the laparoscope via the cut in the umbilical region, the installation of the manipulators in the anterior abdominal wall, the separation, the ligation and the dissection of the testicular vein. The distal and proximal segments of the vain are lifted by the traction into the abdominal cavity by 2-3 cm in its upper third. Then the clips are applied, two third of the vein diameter are dissected, the ends of the blood vessels are coagulated and resected. The segments of the vessels are hidden under the parietal peritoneum together with the clips.
