FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the rubber vibration insulators. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to mechanical engineering and may be used for insulation of vibrations both of the production process equipment, for example, the machine tools, instruments and the apparatuses, and also for the vibration insulation of the separate assemblies of the machines, for example, as the suspensions of the engines, chassis and other units. The rubber vibration insulator contains the resilient component made out of the elastomer and the body having the U-type form consisting of two oppositely arranged lateral flanges, coupled with the base having the form congruent to the form of the support surfaces of the elastomer. The elastomer consists of two oppositely arranged components. The upper parts of the surfaces of the components of the elastomer are connected by the plate to the fastening component made in the form of the threaded hole, and in the lower part - with the base. The lateral flanges of the body are rigidly coupled to one of the lateral surfaces of each component of the elastomer. The ratio of the height of the vibration insulator "h" to the length "L" of the support surface of the base of the body is in the optimal ratio of the values: h/L=0.45... 1.55. The invention raises the efficiency of the vibration insulation in the resonance mode and simplifies its design and mounting. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the vibration insulation in the resonance mode and simplifies the rubber vibration insulator design and mounting. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
